You may be eligible if:
  • You own your home or are a private tenant (with landlord permission)
  • You’re in council tax bands A-E, or
  • Your household income is below £31,000, or
  • You receive certain benefits (like Universal Credit, Pension Credit, or Child Tax Credit)
